We always wonder why Dameia was rolled on her side like this. Would have been more logical, and more fun for the audience, if she was simply on her back. For what the scene was, and I know this will sound strange, there was a certain amount of modesty given. I say that after having seen even more graphic scenes since. But then again, those other scenes were unrated and this was trying to keep at a "R" rating.
