The body double for this scene might be Andrea Marino. She's listed as "Voluptuous Woman (uncredited)" on IMDb and that doesn't fit any other female roles in the episode.

Watch the end of the clip, you can see her face and nipple in the same frame and it matches the nipple in the begging of the clip.

The way the first minute of this video is shot suggests a body double. In one thread on her defunct IMDb message board, there are two claims saying BD: 1) BD is discussed on the director's commentary. 2) A Behind the Scenes DVD feature shows the following - "It shows a scene where Stuart Gordon is telling Ezra Godden how the scene is going to be. He is standing in front of the bed. Then Stuart calls Chelah Horsdal and she lays down in the bed (with clothes). While that, there's a red-headed girl in a robe just near." Another thing I noticed is the BD's hair is noticeably longer and fuller than Horsdal's.
