Staff who work for the site

Where are the staff who work on the site where is the site owner? What is going on? The staff never reply to any messages on the board and I have sent a couple of emails with site issues and no reply. They need to add a part where we can remove actresses who have been added to the wrong tv series or movie and also a part where we can merge duplicate actresses who have separate pages.
