She has a hot body, but too bad she has reduced cup size two times, in the late 90s she went down from D to C and then in the early 2010s she has gone even flatter from C to B, I hope she is not planning on doing a sex change intervention LOL

They have definitely gotten smaller. Between Black Snake Moan, and Z her boobs are clearly smaller. Not sure if it's a boob job, or from weight loss. I haven't seen any scars on her boobs, so it's hard to tell.

Dunno about that. In Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas you can see through her shirt and she clearly had big natural boobs.
