While she DID have implants, she no longer does. Also, if you see a scar on her areola (one which I personally did not), that could be a scar that could have come from almost anything. However, due to her admittance in an interview stating she had her implants removed, reducing her back to a B from a D, the scar is most likely from the removal of them. So no. They are no longer fake. The medium size is more natural. And before you argue that the size is fake because of the implants having been there, the implants are no longer there, so that removes the "fake" aspect.
