Lynda Carter and Colleen Camp both posed for Playboy centerfold mockups which were used as props in the movie. Though Carter left the film due to her commitment to Wonder Woman (and was replaced by Camp), her centerfold is (barely) visible in one scene. There's a surprisingly long thread on Vintage Erotica Forums about these two centerfolds.
None of the nude scenes were in the original 1978 release. They were included with the 2001 Redux version. Coppola came out with another version last year which removed the nude scenes with the Playmates. I recall an interview screenwriter John Milius did with Coppola in which he stated his preference for the second encounter with the Playmates to remain out of the film saying something to the effect that they were sirens who should remain out of reach of the soldiers. Apparently Coppola agreed with Milius' reasoning with this most recent version. There were cuts to the French Plantation scenes Clement is in, but I don't think her nude scene was removed from what I can tell.
